Capacity
Niehku Mountain Villa has 14 comfortable rooms — 12 twin rooms and 2 suites. 

• Groups of up to 14 guests can enjoy a private room for each person.
• For groups larger than 14 guests, some rooms will be shared.

A typical day at a retreat
A combination of focused indoor sessions and exciting outdoor adventures led by our guides creates an ideal retreat. The setting inspires fresh perspectives and creative ideas, with discussions naturally continuing outdoors.

The day might wrap up by unwinding with a workout in the gym followed by a hot sauna before enjoying a carefully prepared dinner. In early summer the sun never sets, while autumn and winter the northern lights could be dancing in the night sky before a good night’s sleep. 

Each day’s itinerary is tailored to suit your team’s preferences and fitness level. The outdoor experiences encourage team spirit and personal growth in an environment where everyone feels both safe and challenged. There are uncountable opportunities to spend quality time together throughout the day.
